I should have started this earlier, but we have been having so much fun, and limited wifi access.
9/13-14/2014 St Paul, Oregon
We got a later start out of St Helens than we had planned. Wow we have to reduce the stuff we have in storage. It took us about two hours to seep rate what we wanted to take with us and load it up. We got to Karen and Mike Bernard's (other grandparents) house in St Paul and got set up. It was wonderful as they had a hookup for us except for sewer! Traci got there with Josh and another surprise, Alyssa was there too! Woo Hoo! Josh and Alyssa got to spend the night with us in the trailer. The next morning we all ate pancakes, my goodness Josh can eat a LOT of pancakes. Then Steve, the kids and I rode with Karen, Mike and Karens Dad in Mikes pickup and off to church to witness Josh's baptism.
Roger baptized Josh, and it was beautiful. I was so emotional, it was exactly what I had prayed for these precious children when I made the decision to put them up for adoption over 7 years ago. This is another example of God closing a door and opening a window. We spent that afternoon just visiting with extended family in Mike and Karens back yard. It was fun! We had a yummy dinner of chicken soup with all kinds of great Thrive veggies. You should have seen Josh eat, he must have had three bowls.
